Approach

I thrive in high-bandwidth environments — translating raw data insights into business-model flips, product-line innovations, and sustainable competitive advantages. I move seamlessly between low-level execution and high-level strategy, always zeroing in on what truly matters to the core of the business.

My thinking is deliberately unconventional and draws from multiple mental models:

  • Inversion models — I routinely ask “What would guarantee failure?” and reverse-engineer from there to avoid common traps and uncover asymmetric opportunities.
  • Lateral models — I borrow and remix concepts from unrelated domains (e.g., trading psychology applied to retail churn, or distributed systems consistency applied to inventory economics) to create novel solutions.
  • Asset and liability models — I treat every business component (inventory, customers, contracts, technology) as an asset or liability on a balance sheet — identifying hidden liabilities that erode value and assets that can be leveraged in unexpected ways.
  • Rapid viability assessment — I routinely produce detailed, model-backed writeups and proofs in 1–2 hours under pressure — turning abstract ideas into concrete, testable strategies before resources are committed.
